Rhythmic Catalyst Group is an entertainment promotion company whose focus is concerts and fights. Since 2014, RCG has worked to develop the most ideal process for producing these events.

* Worked directly with MMA athletes to successfully make their promotional debuts on the Bellator platform

Joe "JT" Tenedora began working with Scott Coker (at the time CEO of Strikeforce Kickboxing) in 1989, and continued there until 2011 when Strikeforce was purchased by the UFC. JT has 22 years of experience in all aspects of operations and promoting, including show production and marketing to ticket sales. In 2014, Scott Coker took over Bellator MMA, and summoned JT to join the Bellator Team as an affiliate promoter. At that time, RCG was a newly established entertainment promotion company doing concerts and combat sports. RCG team continues to work with prominent promotions including LFA, Combate Global and Alta (formerly Wimp2Warrior)
Anthony got his start in the industry with local smoker events in 2013. From then on to 2020, he worked as a matchmaker and promoter with Muay Thai Global, starting in Amateur and Professional Full Rule Muay Thai Promotion. Now he works as the current matchmaker and as a co-promoter with West Coast Elite MMA, West Coast Elite Muay Thai, and Amateur and Professional Combat Sport Series. His current licenses are with CAMO, IKF, and CSAC.
Jennifer started working in entertainment in promotions in 1994. Starting as a club promoter she quickly moved over to event planning. She has organized productions such as The Miss San Jose Grand Prix pageant, The Filipino Heritage Festival, and many other events, concerts and festivals. She partnered with JT in 2014 to work on concerts and to grow West Coast Elite and Rhythmic Catalyst Group. When not acting as the Chief Operations Officer for Rhythmic Catalyst Group Jennifer is managing reggae artists here and abroad.
